Airmail: We are not responsible for the delay, loss or damage stemming from shipments sent to an incorrect or invalid address if your parcel shipped via registered airmail.
DHL eCommerce VS DHL Express
They’re both the products belong to DHL, but different business directions
The big difference is the transport rate as below shows:
DHL eCommerce—–slower, like the airmail，when the parcel arrives at the destination country, the destination post office will be responsible for the transportation.
DHL Express———faster, it is express
Orders may end up being returned or abandoned or ruined for various reasons including non-payment of tariffs, customs clearance delay, incorrect address, unclaimed at the post office, not called for, etc. If a package is returned or failed to deliver, the customer will be contacted. The customer will have to pay for the re-shipping fee as well as returning shipping fee when it’s returned. We try our best to assist customers when such situations happen. However, we are not accountable for the above-mentioned cases.
